The United Nations Organization (UNO) is an most powerful intergovernmental Organization tasked to promote international cooperation and to create and maintain international order. UNO was established on 24 October 1945 after World War II with the aim of preventing another such Conflict. Every year October 24 is celebrated as United Nations Day. UNO headquarters is at New York.
